I'm sorry to hear that you dont like your body. I used to feel the same way so I know what you are going through. I'm glad that you are drinking a lot of water but you need to eat. When you dont eat your body is still hungry. instead of getting anything from food it starts to eat at your muscle. You will become extremely weak and fragile. When walking try to speed walk, it burns a lot more calories. But first and foremost you need to start eating healthier. Always start your day with a good breakfast. This helps you throughout the rest of the day. Have a lunch and dinner aswell. Just keep in mind portion control. You dont need to eat until you feel like your going to burst. Just eat enough that you feel satisfied, you dont need anymore than this. During the day you may want to snack. Instead of eating junk food, try some veggies or fruit. You will feel satisfied and it is a lot healthier. Dont think of it as a diet. Eat whatever you want but just keep in mind PORTION CONTROL. Try this, hopefully it will help you feel better about yourself.

Keep going with the water. You need to eat though. This will bring up your metabolism and give you energy (and hopefully a little happyness). Eat from 5-7 small and healthy meals a day. Maybe 3 reg meals of healthy stuff and a few snacks of carrots etc. Walking may not be your best option for dropping the pounds. You need to do something that will get that heart rate up like a 30 min jog or run. You can also see if you have access to an eliptical trainer or gazel or that sort of thing that can easy your exercise. Finally don't stress the weight thing so much. You should weigh yourself ever 2 weeks at a similar time and day if you really want to keep a record. Its safe to say you want to loose 1-2 pounds a week. This is a healthy transition and small amounts like that will be a lot easier to keep off.
Good luck.

The problem is not eating. Of course don't eat a lot, but it sounds like you have a slow motabilism. If you don't eat breakfast nomatter how much you exercise or don't eat, drink water, ect, you will no loose any weight. Walking is good. and True don't eat much, but make sure you get some protien and not to many carbs. Also eat the veggies, they will help you loose weight asperagus, actually burns calories. Water is definitely a good thing. And also may i suggest some Essential Enzyms. Go to a vitamin store and ask for them. They don't cost much, and they are not a drug, but you take one capsul before a meal and you dont bloat or retain water weight. That way u look thinner and when you exercise instead of loosing water weight you are loosing body fat. And take lots of vitamins. I did it too. Hope the advise helped. :) puffallump o and yes noodles are very fattening. very very. And if you have bad knees just walk or run don't jog. Joging is not all that good for women.

First off DO NOT SKIP MEALS. You need three sensible meals a day and a high protein snack between each meal and before bed to keep your blood sugar more level. Try doing this and consider getting some weights to carry on your walks and swing your arms as you walk. If this healthy plan doesn't help with the weight loss then see your doc for a good physical as there may be a medical reason for your not losing weight.

don't stop eating!! you just have to watch WHAT you eat. by not eating and starving yourself your body is storing EVERYTHING that you eat or drink as fat so that it can be used for enegry. walking is good, but try doing a little jogging or some other aerobic activity (like dancing, running, swimming, jumping rope) in addition to doing some toning exercises like sit ups and push ups and make sure you eat healthy foods. LOTS of fruits and vegetables and meat with protein. by not eating, you're counter-acting your exercise and that's only making you maintain the weight that you're at right now.

okay, drinking water and not eating is very bad for you and will kill you. if you don't eat then your body will stop burning calories up as quick. sometimes you can put more weight on by cutting the food too low.
you need to eat sensible amounts of good quality food and increase the excercise a bit more, try jogging that two miles a few times a week?

It seems that you are in need of some basic nutrition information. Please visit the food pyramid site now, and make an appointment with your doctor for a physical. (S)He'll be in the best position to help you get a meal plan together, or recommend a nutritionist for you to work with.
You seem dangerously close to developing anorexia. Please, don't let this routine continue another day. The 2 miles of walking is GREAT, but you still need to eat calories to fuel your life. Please focus on what you should be eating now, and get some one-on-one real life assistance to set up a program.

Burn more calories than you consume. Keep track of the calories you ingest. You can figure out your RMR or resting metabolic rate at http://health.drgily.com/basal-metabolic-rate-calc...
and go from there. Add weight training and keep at it. The pounds will come off. But don't expect too much. That can be a harsh de-motivator.
Keep eating regular meals. 3 small meals and 3 snacks throughout the day. This will keep your body in fat burning mode. If you starve yourself you'll shock your system and your body will store all the fat it can because it thinks it needs every calorie to stay alive.
