They will be my people, and I will be their God, says the Sovereign Lord."

You really dig don`t you?I read it this way.If people are worshiping idols it blinds them to the true God and they have been told and showed that he is real.He has told his prophets to tell them to put away those idols and look unto God.They that don`t and go to a prophet for a problem God said that he himself would answer that man by setting his face against him and will make him a sign and a proverb and will cut that man from his people that they will know that God is real and he is the Lord.

He is talking about idol worshipers. And it says that he will destroy him from the midst's of the people of Israel. If your not a Jew, I wouldn't be too concerned with it. What is the Koran, I have never heard of that book. If it is a book that Mohammad wrote, your spelling is about as accurate as its words.
