If I was standing North and I called you to come here, which direction will you come from?

If you wereabsolute north of me, as in north pole, then I could be coming from any direction except north. But if you were just standing north in general, not necessarily of me, then theoretically I could come south all the way around the globe until I was north of you.

South.

I could come from any direction. Just because you called me, it doesn't mean that you knew where I was, so you might not have been facing me. I could have come from any direction.

If you had been aware of where I was and yelled directly towards me facing north, I would have to travel south to get to you location.
