Who ate the 'piggy' in a certain 1980's adventure film and was henceforth know as a 'ziggy piggy'?

Name the lessor character and if you know the words of the song they sing for him at the restaraunt it would be helpfull...its...uh..for my history homework.

    The servers approached the table chanting, "Ziggy Piggy! Ziggy Piggy! Ziggy Piggy!". Then they retreated making oinking noises.

    in "bill and ted's excellent adventure", napoleon went to an ice cream parlour and ate the 'ziggy piggy'. the staff came to his table and chanted "ziggy piggy, ziggy piggy, ziggy piggy!" he got a button and everything.

    oh my gosh i totaly remember them saying ziggy piggy but can NOT THINK of whats it from...lol i forgot about that one til now lol!!!
