where is a website that states the law on work hours and breaks?

Is there a law that states the amount of breaks and when you are supposed to take them when working a shift?I need the web site to confirm and so I can print it.

    Well, it depend on what state you in. Go to the official state web site and do a search on labor law.

    I don't know that there is a Federal law about breaks, etc., but I'm sure each state must have those guidelines.

    You might have to go through your state's website to determine what the laws are.
