I've used TaxAct for a couple of years and like it pretty well. The federal is free if you make under a certain amount and to file the state costs about $8. Others are listed on the irs site.

Go to www.irs.gov
Select the links for online tax prep and follow instructions. In most cases, you can use the software for free, but it does cost to file. It's not very expensive, though.

I found a good one. I'm using taxact this year. Check out www.taxactonline.com. Fed + efile is FREE! I used taxcut last year, and this is just as easy to use, and so much cheaper.

If you make less than 52,000 a year try turbotax for the web. It is not free but only costs 14.95. Worth it because it save your personal data from year to year.
