if u want to boost popularity in gm mode on sdvr 07 all u have to do is put lower popularity superstars against higher popularity superstars and play the match playing as the lower popular superstar when they win they will usually go up at least 2 sometimes 3 points also use them in interview spaces and give them titles the world heavyweight title boosts up 5 points while ic and us 3 cruiserweight 3 women's 3 world tag team 3 the handicap match is a very good idea too

For Divas, use DIVA bikini contest for one of the promos. For superstars, put them in matches where they have an advantage, like make a singles match with the superstar having a manager. Or make a one on tag or trio handicap match, with the superstar being on the team.

I'm doing it right now and like half my roster is injured!

The person with low popularity should have a partner. They should play against someone that's by themselves in a handicap match.
