US College Scholarship for international student?

My son is going to graduate from High School in Belize this year and wants to enter a US university to get a degree in computer graphic design or computer engineering.

Are there scholarships available from any source for students from another country other than the USA?

You are going to have problem doing it that way.

One of the requirements of US government to issue an F-1 (student) visa is that you have enough funding to support the study program for at least an year WITHOUT assistance or working. Unless your child is exceptional in some way (not that you think he is exceptional, but he is recognized by an authority in some field), you really cannot count on colleges to give you any financial aid IF you are a foreign student.

The best bet is to find something from your home country.

Lots of schools like Yale love to give money to foreigners to go to school there, the further a person lives from the school, the happier they seem to be.
