Hi, I am moing to Puerto Rico with my wife and two kids. How much should my budget be for eletricity, water, light, internet, rent (3 bedroom), gas for car, groceries?

I am moving to Puerto Rico to take a job in Guaynabo. I am moving with my wife and two kids. I need to decide where to live and which English school to send my kids to. I am considering Commonwealth or Dorado Acadamy. Commonwealth is more expensive but the commute to work may be shorter (I am guessing) than Dorado where dorado Acadamy is. What can you say about both schools and which area is better live , close to Commonwealth or in Dorado? And how is the commute from Dorado versus living close to Commonwealth school?

I am trying to determine if I should continue to rent and save the difference between a new mortgage payment and my current rent to buy a house with cash in a few years rather than a mortgage. I currently am paying $800 rent. Interest rates in my country for a mortgage is minimum 12%. I can invest and get a 7.5% return per annum minimally. I want to purchase a home about $250,000. I am thinking it is better for me to continue renting for the next few years, as I can probably save between $2000-$3000 per month and then in a few years (may 6-7 years) buy my home cash. Mortgages are usually for 15 years here, so I come ahead 8 years before a mortgage and don't owe a thing.

I am black and I think McCain should win the US election. A lot of people seem to think that is strange and seem to think that all black people should support Obama. If I agree with McCain's policies, why would people think my position is strange?
