Can you personally make electricity?

If you mean can you generate your own electricity with solar panels or a gasoline generator, of course you can. What are you really asking about?

I don't think you can make electricity personaly but u can make static electricity by putting sock on and rubbing your feet on the carpet for a couple of hours.

Blow up a balloon, tie it and rub it on your head...

Hold it near the wall and voila, it clings...

You have just created static electricity.

Also you could construct all manner of magnetic devices to create electric, but the question would be what kind of voltage are you trying to generate.

The brain alone generates approx. 8 volts of electricity. If you could tap into that, you could probably power a flashlight or a transistor radio.
