I think it is called "The Secret Society of Sisterhood" all women belong and they tip to each other what to do to make us men crazy.

For me it comes natural but some need years and years of practice.

I actually had to attend that school for several years and I still never really mastered the art of pissing men off....oh well

They send away for the courses in the mail. Now they even have the courses online! Most of it is instinct, baby!

Well, if they did have a school and I went I would probably get straight A's. LOL
