holding hands and kissing urges?

I don't think you need help. It is not a serious problem to want to hold someones hand and/or kiss them. Everyone longs for affection. You just need to know the difference between what you see it as, And what you friend may take it as Maybe to you you are just holding hands and kissing a friend. Your friend may think you really like them, This could cause issues, You don't want to be sending mixed signals. Also, As innocent as it seems you can contract herpes or something else if you don't know the people you are being affectionate with.

I wouldn't listen to the people that answered before me, 'cause they really don't know what they're talking about. And it's not as if anyone can find those 'answers' very helpful. So heres what I have to say; depending on your age, this is all very natural. If your like 17, 18 or whatever, then it might be just as natural. People mature at different speeds, at different times. {I know one girl puberty when she was about...5. Imagine that!} Getting a girlfriend or boyfriend, which ever you prefer, will make it alright to kiss or hold hands, but don't rush into it just because. And no matter what anyone else says, it's NOT alright to kiss someone if your dating them! {How could you think that?} A kiss is special, end of story. And you want something special in your life, thats ok.

Explain your situation to your friends. Maybe they will not kiss and hold hands in front of you so that your urges will not be tested. If they are truly caring friends, they will try and help you. People should not kiss in public anyway.

holding hands, touching, hugging, kissing etc... are all sources of sexual arousal. depending on the person, some may need lots of touching etc... but some only need a bit of it to excite them. if two members of the opposite sex were left alone for some time in a closed room, there could be some kind of sexual attraction but not always. if one feels repeled by the other person in a natural situation, closing them in a room isnt going to improfe thinsdf

when someone watches someone eat, they feel hungry. when they watch porn, they want to do that too. when they see someone around them doing something, they want to emulate that. that is how people are.

SO, if you can either get a gf/bf, a blow up doll, a teddy bear, or just stop watching your friend.
