Where is the phosphorus and potassium in foods?

I am interested in finding where the potassium and phosphorus can be found in foods. I want to use them as fertilizers.

I would like to know types of foods and possibly specific locations with in the item(s) where the nutrients can be found.

Also any extraction tips would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure about phosphorus, but potassium is found in Banana's and other 'hangover foods!'

I know this because when you suffer a hangover, your body is missing potassium, amoung other minerals.....my mammy always told me to eat banana's to cure it, and it worked!

I suppose making a compost heap will help break down these foods for fertilizers...it takes a while though. I have one for a year and still havn't used the contents.
