Downloading....its too slow!!?

I'm trying to download some files (mp3) and my download seems to be soooo sloooow. It hasn't been like this before. What can I do?

Update:

I defrag'd and deleted....no change.

other ideas?

PS thanks for actually reading the question, not like the other 2 dolts. :o)

    Delete files you dont use, and defragment your computer

    in the first ur computer have something wrong or the inter net is very slow thats all

    try upgrading your computer or buy a better, faster one. that should help:)
