How do you create a sphaghetti diagram?

I have been working on the pharmacy for a while and have drawn several of their pathways, what's the best way to diagram it in a sphaggetti diagram?

    I would recommend using Visio. We always used to glue the spagetti to the paper with a rubber based adhesive when I was a kid.
