I don't think that it is too soon, although I not sure how things work in other parts of the world but in australia it you have been out a few times then you are sort of a couple. You may have a talk to confirm that, yes you are now a couple - but it tends to sort itself out pretty quickly.

If you want to bring it up with him then I figure that it is not too soon, if he doesn't want to see you exclusively, then do you want to be vivying for his attention with other girls????

If you are having sex, then it is time to make the relationship more solid. Why would you let this guy have the cow and the milk for free? If you are not having sex take it slow. A month is very short and you probably have dust bunnies older than that living under your bed.

No, after a month, it is appropriate to have that talk. Just tell him that you like him and don't plan on seeing anyone else and then the ball is in his court.
