What diet or supplement have you used that worked?

For weight loss that is.... I am 5'7 and weigh 125 and need to tone it up big time. Pre-breast augmentation I worked out daily and was very tone, but now two years later, I can't get my motivation back up to get my rock hard abs.

    supplement is a bad idea. find a workout buddy if u need motivation. or just set simple goals for urself to slowly improve urself.. never settle with the same workout .. always improve urself and soon enough ull have those abs.

    I usually insist to women that men's protein shakes are the best, specially the white and creamy kind.

    hi,you have to be kidding -at your ht. and weight you don't need to loose an ounce.if you want to gain muscle-work out.

    It not that hard. Burn more calories than you take in.
