What diet or supplement have you used that worked?
For weight loss that is.... I am 5'7 and weigh 125 and need to tone it up big time. Pre-breast augmentation I worked out daily and was very tone, but now two years later, I can't get my motivation back up to get my rock hard abs.

Not so much a question as it is a posting for people to respond to. I ate there on Friday and absolutely loved everything about the place. Great atmosphere, perfect service, and delicious food. High prices but I would definitely pay them again, they're worth it. Can't wait to go back. If you haven't tried it, and have one near you, I recommend it!

I have a shih-tzu. It was my grandma's and is old, calm, and minds really well. When someone comes over, of course she wants attention from them. My stepdaughters mother just picked my stepdaughter up from my house and my dog was at her legs wagging her tail and trying to get attention and she was like, "oh no, leave me alone, ahhhh."
Can someone really dislike pets that much? It pissed me off. I just want to say, get the hell out of my house if you're going to be rude to my dog. lol.

I guess it's not so much a question as it is a rant. I am a fully involved step mother. I have been with her father since she was 1 yr old and she is now 4. It's been 3 years and the mom is still more worried about her pride than the well being of her daughter. I don't want to step on anyone's toes but if you're not going to make better decisions for your child..........
Are there any other frustrated step parents or parents in the situation out there?!?

A friend of a friend is a professional and is coming to my house to foil some highlights into my hair while some other girls hang out as well. She hasn't given me the price yet but I'm sure she'll charge me enough to make a profit.

Or have you already voted? If so, what state are you in and what are the major issues on your ballot? I'm from Oklahoma and there were only a few issues on mine.....Should liquor stores be open on election day (they currently arent allowed)?....... Should state legislators be limited or receive no pay when they are convicted of a crime or are in jail (they currently do receive pay)?......And in my city we had the option of adding a half a cent to our sales tax to improve city safety stations and etc.

Lately some schools have been studying the effects on academic performance that having all boy and all girl classes can have. It seems that both sexes are more likely to excel in certain subjects when they don't have to deal with hormones and etc.
