There are many way to publish your writing:
1 a Blog. a ready made environment where u log in and can post messages, poem ar whatever u like
like https://www.myspace.com/ and https://www.blogger.com/ - FREE
2 a Website: a collection of webpages hosted (stored) on a powerful computer calld a "server" . you have to prepare your writing and "transform" them in HTML files, then uploading them to the server. FREE/COMMERCIAL
3 join a ready made writing community like https://https//www.writing.com FREE
you can make money with your own website by putting advertisement banners, but only on your website, not blogs or other free sites. see https://www.google.com/adsense
