Use the Pythagorean Theorem to get the distance, and geometry for the angle.
(150)^2 + (42)^2 = (distance)^2
distance = 155.8km
Sin x = opposite side / hypotenuse
Sin x = 150 / 155.8
x = arcsin (0.96277) = 74.3 degrees
