almost anything candywise can be made in the microwave, just be sure to check it often. Sugar candies just require the surag to be a certain temperature, chocolate truffles just need to melt so they can be mixed. Personally I prefer melting chocolate in the microwave, but it can burn (which can happen on a stove too) if you don't stir and check it regularly.

You're kinda screwed without a stove. Why not head to your favorite relatives house and borrow their kitchen for a day. I can think of one or two things you can make in the microwave...but only if you want to make three pieces of candy at a time. You need a stove. Or at the very least, buy yourself a hot plate.

Just melt some chocolate in the microwave and dip things in it: caramels, marshmallows, mix some peanut butter and powdered sugar and roll in a ball and dip in chocolate, etc.
