Anybody have a good crispy hotwing recipe?

I want it to be crispy, not too saucy, not too hot, and not too salty.

This how I make mine.....I just take flour, salt & pepper in a bag......dip the chicken in egg first then put it in the bag....shake it up...then deep fry the wings......comes out crispy......then I take some hot sauce....I add a little bit of butter & vinegar...in a sauce pan.....the butter & vinegar makes it NOT so much hot... and then i just drizzle it over the wings and put some in a bowl incase someone wants more sauce!!
