It's highly unlikely that any online suppliers will have that part. I would suggest that you use the dealer for this part. It is rare that an aftermarket parts company would provide something like this. You may find one at a salvage yard if you don't want to buy a new one.

Ebay has many new parts at affordable prices. Shipped to your door after payment . Easy and quick. Take a look You will find one eventually even if it takes a few weeks time. Otherwise a salvage yard would be a good affordable choice. Many salvage yards can put the part on a parts locator . Which is an intercom setup typically which calls other yards on the part. Any yards having the parts calls back their name and then you call them. Then as a last and expensive resort call a toyota dealers parts department.

You want to check out TAP Recycling

TAP stands for Toyota Auto Parts. They're out near Vacaville, CA. http://www.taprecycling.com/

You can even see the cars online. It's cool!

I have a 99 California Sienna and needed a new exhaust, but now I live in PA! Toyota wanted $1500 for the part alone.

I got the entire exhaust pipe UPS'd out from TAP delivered to my door for $500.
