the most important part to chat is ummm finding a chat partner, someone to chat with...once you overcome that hurdle the rest should be down hill...its almost like talking, but you use your fingers on the keyboard instead...when you do find this person to chat with, take my advice and DO NOT lead with the question. 'what are you wearing?'...try instead something like, 'hi, how are you?'...
