What is so great about soy milk?

Over the years I have watched people buy into the soymilk farce and many people don't even stop to realize that it isn't meant to give to babies, especially boys. If you stopped and read up on it and gave some thought you would realize what it does. Woman use soy to balance hormones. Do you women realize these same vegetable hormones screw up a male's development. Do you ever think about goats milk instead? It is way better. And while some doctors may suggest soy, there are also doctors who are now saying no to soy, because they have realized that soy is not good for males in quantity.

Update:

To the person thaat told me to get a life and it isn't a big deal, many doctors are actuall starting to wake up to the fact that it is a big deal and is not good for a baby. It makes girls develope to early and boys have serious problems with hormonal imbalance. As in low testosterone levels. For a lactose intolerant condition, other replacements should be considered.

I agree that goats milk would more then likely be better for babies. Due to raising some baby animals on goats milk mixed with formula. Cows milk will not stay on their stomach and the pet formula was too expensive for me to buy. I may buy some of the canned goats milk and give it a try myself. I am not going to buy regular milk very much anymore since the price gets too high and i waste part of it. I am switching to non-fat powered milk for my own use and make it as i need it.

As a couple people pointed out, Soy Milk still has fat in it (Soy is a nut, nuts are high in fats- healthy unsaturated fats, but still fats). You'd likely be better off with soy milk. I do not drink coffee often (I prefer tea- something you should consider for your goals), but when I go out and get a coffee, I drink White Chocolate Mocha (iced). I think pretty much all the coffees taste fine with soy milk, but I also can't remember the last time I had dairy milk...

I agree-- especially consuming it in the quantity that North Americans have embraced it (of course-- more is always better). Our granddaughter is 15 months old and is in the process of weaning... she was NOT impressed by soy milk but does like the taste of almond milk. Nobody in this 3-gen. household drinks cow's milk, but we just might look into goat's milk. Unfortunately, the only goat's milk around is pasteurized (it's illegal to sell it raw in Canada) which I understand is not nutritionally the greatest, but it bears looking at. Thanks for this 'question'....

The use of soy milk is for those who are allergic to milk, including babies with milk intolerance.

Get a life...it's just soy milk.
