Know of any remedy to soothe a sore under my nose from blowing it so much becuase of this cold I have?

    This is kind of weird, but vaseline works very well. I always but it under my nose and above my lips when I have that little cold/tissue rash.

    It also works better than chapstick for dry winter lips. I carry a little tube in my purse...it's something my mom (who is a nurse) tought me.

    Just a spot of vaseline is about it, sugar. That keeps it soft but protected from drying out even more. I'm sorry you don't feel well!

    I would clean it with surgical spirit to dry it. (It will sting a bit) and then put Vaseline on to protect it from moisture.

    I would put vaseline there. It mositurizes and its soothing

    Any facial moisturizer should do the trick if it's from friction.

    Carmex works good, or using lotion with aloe works well too.
