I saw someone make a fabric shower surtain out of them She cut them into squares and sewed them together like you would for a frayed edge quilt. She even left the pockets on some of the squares to hold items like shampoo, brushes, etc... You would have to use a vinyl liner behind ot of course, but I thought is was a nifty idea.

You could make some aprons form the the front and back. Just trim them in wide lace. You can paint stuff on them. Like on the back side of the pants say, back yard BBQ.

Quilts. Cut bottom legs off and use the top pants part for a purse.

You can handles for purses at Wal-Mart.

The legs of the pants can be used to make round roll pillows.

I've seen some cute purses made from jeans. I guess you cut off the legs and sew across the bottom and add a handle. I'm sure there are directions somewhere.

Let's see, I crazy quilt with them. I use them for the backs for my cross stitch ornaments and pillows. I've made them into purses. I've made skirts both by cutting just below the zipper and adding 2 or 3 layers of ruffle and by opening the leg seams and adding a triangle of fabric. I've sewen the waist and legs closed and made pillows. Do any of those catch your fancy?

Kind of out of season right now. However, a girl I work with made Christmas stockings out of old jeans.

knitting and crocheting are solid techniques to bypass the time. i'm 15 and ive been doing both for a lengthy time period. there are plety of straightforward kinds available, and a number of them are extremely cool. if u decide on to crochet, then all u decide on are a pair skeins of yarn (about $2-3 slightly at any pastime save or wal-mart) and a hook (everywhere from a pair of pennies to a dollar in preserving with the position/what variety you get). in case you wanna knit then all u decide on is a few knitting needles (starting from a pair of pennies to a dollar besides) and yarn. ill throw in a pair kinds too. it would not take very lengthy to study, i taught myself to knit and crochet in one day.
