Does anyone know of what could be making me sick?

Question

For like the last week i havent been feeling so well.  It started a few days ago when i woke up having a nose bleed.  It bleed for a little while and stopped.  The next day woke up to the same thing, except this time i was vomiting soon after.  Today  I woke up vomiting again and just was cranky and really sleepy.  I went back to bed and since i got up to come to work ive just felt sick like i was going to vomit again.  Ive been able to eat, just not as much without getting a sick feeling.  I'm 99% sure Im not pregnant( thats usually the first thing people think of.)

Oh sweetie, that sounds scary!! I hope you make a doctors appt. soon because I haven't heard of anything like that before. Are you having headaches or slurred speech? If you are sure you aren't pregnant, you need to see a doctor right away. I wish you the best and hope it's nothing serious but please make sure.

could be serious condition restriction in the blood vessels do not explain the vomiting does your head hurt too?  You may need to have a ct on your head to find the root of the problem

my cousin had nose bleeds almost everyday and it turned out to be some sort of blood vessel problem in his nose. I think he had some sort of a surgery done to fix it.
Some people get nose bleeds when it is too cold or too hot or when they get really nervous or angry.
other than that some diseases cause nose bleeds but I don't know exactly what kind.

Does anyone know of what could be making me sick?
