My band is going to try and play a ska version of "Hey Ya" by Outkast. Good or bad idea?

Do the song, do it your way, ska is great, the song is great, so I say "hell yeahhh!"

i like journey myself yet I thoroughly understand while somebody isn't a fan of their song. working example I easily have heard somebody say that the song Separate approaches (worlds aside) is cheesy. i can be certain the element even however i like that song. yet while somebody have been to assert like the song do no longer end Believing is cheesy i would not purchase that bullsh*t for a 2nd that's an miraculous song. I propose even non followers of journey that i understand like that one song. i do no longer purely like the band device in any respect. yet they do have particularly some musical information and talents. even however, i like the band Downset, a hardcore band with rap features that are actually not so musically gifted yet they have MASS potential and merely songs that groove. BQ:Drink alcohol? NO no longer anymore BQ2:as quickly as I say Billy, you're saying... your stupid

i think it'll be a good idea.i heard halifax do a remake of fergie's london bridge and it turned out great.they're not ska but i think its a good idea.good luck!
