in need of some legal advice!! about kids getting jumped?
i was called to the school saying by daughter whom is 14 got jumped from behind by this girl well as they were fighting another child also jumped in and hit my daughter she was removed by the teacher and she bite the teacher, well the school made a report only about the kid biting the teacher and the other girl who hit my child! well anyways the girl whom bite the teacher lives next door to me! she was outside talking crap, which in return my older daughter was doing the same,well it got out of hand and i was trying to get my kids in the house the other firl and her mother standing out in front still running there mouths, the girl goes in grabs a knife comes to the door, the police was called, needless to say i was told if they had to come back i was getting a ticket my girl is 14 they r 17, and going to jail all i was trying to do is avoid a promblem the police leave , i got 5 car full of people out in front talking **** now!, im in michigan, u cant call the police
cause when u do even when u r the vitim, they treat you like poop! what is a mother to do my kids have never been in trouble with the law, but this other child has, now the other kids talks mad crap, i cant let my child fight her cause i was told ill go to jail what eles is there keep letting my child get jumped? when does this stop? i asked to make a report and the police officer told me i couldnt! i tried to get a restraining order but they said i cant cause we live next door to each other! then what eles can i do??
also my daughter was 14 see the others girls just dont like my older daughter, they had no reason to jump the younger one!,

ok first of all you can make a police report they cant stop you if the comfront your daughter again with treats you may press chargers now im not saying its just her fault but im guessing you daughter was also talking **** prior to the problems so you need to get your daughter into the real life and tell her to straighten up her **** now or you will place her in jail and make sure your serious when comfronting her

go to the court house and talk to the DA. talk to your lawyer about the problem. you can always move. i am so happy i don't live in the north any longer. i am able to raise my kids and keep them away from the uneducated ignorant trash that trys to gang bang. see if you can have charges brought up agents the mother/parents. she should know better then to get out there acting like an ignorant jerk. tell your lawyer everything. get copy's of the reports on the school incident. use them in your case agents them.
