They give unbiased reviews of where to download the top Ipod Programs. I found a good source through them.

it is legal and works with iTunes but u may need something to convert the files to itunes format

to transfer your songs to portable devices, you may need music jukebox. from what i know, the music jukebox is not yet compatible with ipods. and itunes works with ipods. check out this link
