What is the best cure for sore muscles?
I'm starting to workout again and while I didn't over-do it, I'm still a little sore. Any help/tips would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cure? Heating pad and ibprofien. Also you can take some L-glutamine to help muslce recovery. You can take this everyday to help prevent it too. Along with stretching after your workout.

It will take a while for those sleep muscles to get into the swing of things. Always take a long hot bath after a workout or a long hot shower. It sounds too simple to be true, but it will really help a lot. When sitting down massage your arms and legs before working out and afterwards. Will keep those cramps at bay!

Soak in a warm bath with epsom salts. Massage the sore area. The soreness is caused by lactic acid build-up. Drink plenty of water.

Take some Ibuprofen to help with the inflammation and pain. Do some stretches. And take it easy on the workouts until you get some relief. Workout, but make sure you don't push yourself too much and stretch.

Lots of water to flush the lactic acid from your muscles. Hot baths, jacuzzi, stretching in the sauna are all useful in getting rid of soreness.

lighten up a little. take a day off if you want to. use lighter weights or lighter weights and higher reps for a while. or just gut it out. it'll eventually go away. but the last option is the leas desirable because it could net negative results.

Vin,
You aren't new to working out. You are feeling a "good" hurt. The best way to get rid of it is to go back at it tomorrow!
Have fun!
