eBay is a good idea, but they charge a lot of fees and it's a hassle. Craigslist is good too but I've had 3 people say they would buy my iPhone but never showed up and I wasted gas. I found a good website that offers the most that I've ever seen. They buy phones in all conditions and its a guaranteed sale that I didn't spend more than 2 minutes selling. Hope this helps.

If I myself were in your situation if unable to return it to the owner within three weeks I would either 1 turn them into the lost and found of the local mobile dealer for that phone service carrier, or 2 turn it into the local police station lost and found department. I hope these suggestions were helpful to you. and good luck with the de-cluttering of your work space behind the wheel.
