I have seen a few commercials lately that have awesome customer service, have you ever been treated by a company the same way they portray themselves on TV?

All the time! My husband experiences this more, I think. He is very attractive and personable and has gotten some very good service over the years. It's actually interesting to see. He can get our name bumped up on restaurant lists, moved up to first class, and other things just by his smile and the way he talks to people. I think a lot of times, customer service is the result of the customers themselves.

Never, take no notice of them they are designed for selling to the public, they are a form of brainwashing.

seldom, but once at the airport of all places they were super nice to me, it was my first flight (last year)
