how to lose weight and quick?

I have a baiting suite thingat the end of the year and I want tolose 30 ds. but how?

    low fat and calorie diet.. Cardio 6 days a week for 30 min. You should drop 15 lbs in a month.

    I you aren't very muscular, you should really consider weight training/weight lifting, because once you build up some muscle, the muscle absorbs spare calories like a furnace, because it takes much more energy and calories to keep muscle tissue than it takes to keep fat tissue, I have a very fast metabolism or something so for me, 3 days i was weight lifting 50 pounds... A lot, and I lost 5 pounds, along with a lot of water, and exercise.

    i will tell u wut i tell everybody else! ive been in ur shoes and its not fun! always eat healthy! i found eating certain fruit with high water content often makes u feel full with out making u gain much weigh (low calorie content). Also do aerobic exercise. always be running... i found uphill sprints are the best way to loose weight and tone ur butt! also low amounts of weight traing 2-3 times a week is good bc the mor muscle u hav generally the higher ur metabolism and it becomes easier to loose weight!

    Take a dancing class, you will lose weight fast, and, as a bonus, you'll look more toned, and sleek, something judges always look for! Guaranteed

    You could choose from:

    salsa

    hip hop

    ect...

    or even Tae-bo if you like!

    Gym and eat a lots of vegetarian food than meat. Drink a lot of water than junk food.You also can eat organic food if you deal to try it .Happy diet but don't put yourself too hard because unhappy mood will increase your weight too .
