Class Action Law Suit and the Options?
If the settlement of a class action law suit is not agreeable to one of the class members, can that member sue again by opting out of the current settlement? or he loses the opportunity to do so as soon as the settlement is done even though he opts out? It is obvious that the law firm will be the biggest beneficiary in a law suit, but do the real victims have a chance to not to settle with the paltry amounts distributed in a settlement? Can someone point me in the right direction? Any forums or links on this topics will be helpful too!

Yes, if are are not happy with the terms of the settlement, you can 'opt out' and pursue the case on your own.
You should have received a notice that you are part of the class and your options regarding 'opting out'.
You must do this, per the instructions in the notice, or you will be seen as agreeing to the settlement by default.
Also, since this is a settlement, you are not suing them again.
The case was settled out of court.
