Yes he can. He has free will to do most anything he wants.

Legally, It all depends on why he altered the timesheet.

How can you actually prove that he altered your timesheet after you turned it in as opposed to before you turned it in?

You will have to take a picture of the timesheet when you turned it in or signed it and after he made the alterations.

People make mistakes all the time and that would be very difficult to prove without evidence.

That seems like something for a professional service to monitor.

You can report it and see if some employment agency can help.

He might have done the same thing in the past?

No, the only time my boss changed my timesheet was when I was a douche and forgot to clock out. I called them up and let them know.

No, any modifications should be defined to you and initialed by technique of you. I used to artwork on the old G**t Brothers activities. the govt. used to "edit" the playing cards -- without our understanding. a touch math proved he replaced into shorting our checks. A record to the frustrating artwork Board replaced into all it took to suitable that challenge. the govt. replaced into without delay fired. numerous different unlawful aspects of that employer, as an entire, were also addressed and without delay reformed. .

I don't think so unless the info is wwrong but yet he still should notify you. If you feel you have been done wrong say something to him and threaten to report it to the better business beurau.

    sorry can't spell it.

No, he can't. I agree with the previous answerers that he can change it if he finds an error, but he must tell you first and determine if a change is needed.

If he has proof that you didnt work the hours you are claiming for the yes he can. But he has to tell you.

  • Sounds pretty illegal to me. Bring it up to your boss & if he blows you off, then bring it up to the Department of Labor.

No but if you think its wrong you can bring it up and ask him to let you see it if there is a dispute.

    no, never, no-way

he can disagree with it but then you need to go to the agency

if they dont protect you, leave

not like there isnt plenty of agency work around with the amount of money they make of you
