My "h" key is sticking. I've tried to take it off and clean under it...?
I thought that would work, but it still is hard to press. As you can see, it works, but I have to keep applying extra pressure. Are there any suggestions on how to fix this before I bring to Dell. It is a laptop Inspiron E1505. Thanks for any help in this matter!

Use a can of air and freeze the key. Depending on what sticky stuff is sticking the key, you may have to do it a couple of times. This works great with unsticking keys from spills. Don't worry the keyboard will be fine. This does not hurt the keyboard. We do this all the time to unstick keys from spills that the kids do to the laptops at school.

Hey,
This would require you partially taking the laptop apart and disconnecting the keyboard. Any keyboard can be submerged under water and put back into the computer as long as it is COMPLETELY DRY before going back in. I would take out the keyboard and submerge it in warm, soapy water and then let it sit in front of a fan for a day. I say a day to MAKE SURE it's dry.
