How many inches was your child's head at birth?

When my son was born, I had such a hard time having him. The doctor had to use a vacuum to get him out. And, once he was out everyone kept commenting on how big his head was. His head was 14 inches...is that really big?!

So, how big was your child's head?

My son's head was a little over 15". I ended up having a c-section and when the doctors pulled him out, all I could hear was, "whoa!!" So, that was pretty big. My ob told me it was one of the biggest he has ever delivered.

My first born's head was 14.5 inches in circumfrence! It took me a while too, i was in labor for over 20 hours. I'm pregnant again and they say the baby's head is about the same... Ack!

My baby's head was 14" too... but she wouldn't even drop into my pelvis, so I had to have a c-section after 18 hours of labour, and 8 of those hours I was at 9cm.
