    Ask your mortgage broker!

Speaking as a nationally known credit score and lending expert (book, radio shows, nespapers columns, etc.): I am a mortgage broker and mortgage banker too.

As you phrased the question, I cannot answer it. "Steps"? There are no steps for creditors to report on your account activity. They either do electronic data transmission or they still use old-fashioned magnetic tape if they are small and behind the times.

In my opinion mortgage brokers are all right down there with lawyers in the crook department. I wouldn't believe them if they were standing on a stack of Bibles.
