Dealing with supervisors that cause stress!?

The situstion is my fiance' works with the government and is union. She gets constant hassles from her upper supervisor due to the fact she is the only one in her area that is union. It has gotten to discrimination and racial stages with the supervisor now. Even under the fair labor act, they refuse to notice unions on this military base. Her health has gone severely downhill due to it. Should she take a early retirement or hold on till she can transfer to another government base?

i agree... if your fiance's heath is deteriorating then she should retire but if she's able to isolate herself emotionally from the situation and ignore it, not let it get to her, be the better person and just smile without any pain then she should hold on. Noone's job is worth sacrificing their health, because jobs can come and go but you only get one body.
