What products promote hair to grow thicker and longer?

I have thin hair and when I was younger, I used to have really think hair. Is there anything I can take to make my hair thicker and grow longer?

    Take Vitamins for Hair improvement, you can get them almost anywhere at stores like GNC or Walmart Even.

    Prenatal Vitamins will help with hair, and they have the Folic Adic in them which women need.

    Their r so many products for thin hair, and making it full and thick. Thier is a product by herbal essence, garnier frutice, pantene, bed head, and etc... Dont worry, it isnt a big deal. You can find them at any local drug store like, cvs, savon, or target and walmart. dont worry their are so many shampoos, sprays and etc..

    You could try prenatal vitamins. They won't hurt you, only good for you, but leave your hair and finger nail gorgeous!
