    Little Tokyo Shabu Shabu

    Rowland Heights, CA

This is a restaurant that opened just recently. Its a Japanese restaurant that located in a asian plaza called Diamond Plaza. I personally like it here because the food is self prep. bases. They give you a pot of broth(soup) with a pot stove of your own, and you just order the meat and the vegetable for you to cook your own way. They serve defferent kinds of bottled beer, and sake. but most of all I love the atmosphere of the place. Its design is very modern asian, and the servers are all friendly and active. Inside the restaurant you have a plazma TV where you could watch sports, or movie while you eat. If you dont know what a Shabu Shabu is, the servers there will teach you what, and how to eat it. Its really nice there. My gf is nuts about that place.

Oh, and I like to sit-down

    Going in reverse order...

I don't like to eat fast food unless I have too.

My favorite dish is Chicken Tikkas and the restaurant is Shalimar in the Bay Area. The best one is in the Mission district of San Fransisco.

at the Y ok just kidding I find the best ones are the little mom and pop places sometimes on a road stop in nowhere the menus are always diverse and speciallties are different like one I went to had an ostrich farm 2 miles down the road they bought alot of their meat there and so had meat deals featuring ostrich instead of beef another had the same deal with buffalo down the road one small vineyard had ostrich and hippo steaks it is amazing what you can find if you go farther than 10 miles from your home

P F Chang's (Chinese), Bravo(Italian), Brio (Italian), and The Melting Pot Fondu Resturant are to die for. Pretty much everything is good there. Excellent wine choices at Bravo and Brio. I mostly go there for dates. Overall, great service, great food or reasonable prices...The Melting Pot can get a little $$$ depending on what you order.

Used to be Pizza Hut when I was a kid. Pepperoni Pan Pizza. Now I work there and can eat it anytime I want, so I have a new favorite. TGIF is great. I've only been there one time, but I definately want to go back. I had a sandwich, but I don't remember which one, anyway it was awesome!
