my shears are messed up?
i have a pair of utsumi up-70, they cut like a dream, but they grind every few minutes, and i have to constantly clean them. they are relatively new... any ideas?

Blades are probably too tight...you need to loosen center screw slowly so that if holding blades up by ring finger blade take the other blade with thumb and forefinger lift up to 80 degrees and let free-fall. When blades stop with an inch between them it's tight as it should be.
