Do I have to have a certain amount of yahoo points to thumbs up someones answer?

    Yes, you need to reach level 2 (250 points) to use the thumps up/down feature.

    Yep, you have to be on level 2 to thumbs up an answer but I think you can answer unlimited discover questions.

    Yes, you need to get to level 2, which is 250 points. You can get there in three days.
