Is anyone else getting real tired of this myspace ****?

Everyday, at work, at home, especially on Y answers its nothing but myspace. I turn on the TV or look at the paper and some kid that got abducted (which has been happening way before myspace came out) is on the front page, myspace gets more attention daily then when a woman shoved her baby inside a microwave and killed him.

Hell I hate myspace so much, I helped write script to redirect myspace traffic at work, thanks to articles like this

I just saw a story about kids getting abudcuted on myspace, its everywhere! Are people really that stupid? Do people really belive that shutting down this stupid sight will stop all evil?

What is the big deal anyway? All myspace is the same crappy looking HTML/CSS page given to every single person with little changeable options

and a bad social networking algorithms, not to mention the massive amounts of adds and nonstop spam.

Anyone that knew a small bit of HTML/CSS could write their own page in 30 minutes that looked better than it, seriously it doesn't take that much knowledge of computer software to write a simple HTML page. WTF is the big deal?

    The big deal is that reporters and news rooms are filled with some of the dumbest people in the world.

    And because I use myspace since there are crazy people on there. I'm still trying to find one so that I can show them how crazy a person can really be.

    myspace is annoying. i think it was originally suposed to be for buisness networking and making it easier to view business profiles, but kids turned it into a lame trend.
