When you are counting calories, do you need to count juices like apple and prune?

    yes it's important to count all calories, especially liquid... because they can add up quickly. remember that 1 pound = 3500 calories of anything ... even juice

    An 8 ounce glass of juice has over 100 calories and 35 grams of sugar (carbs). Yes, you need to count them!

    Absolutely! Beverages, especially sodas a sweetened juice drinks have a lot of calories. I bet you'll be stunned at how many calories you've been drinking.

    juices make you gain weight, it's better that you eat the fruit. I got an addiction to juice, i didn't eat all that much or any junk food for that matter and I gained 30lbs in 2 months.
