I have a blog running in www.blogspot.com and I have a website in google. I want to add an RSS feeder to my website so that it updates according to the changes I make in my blog. Can somebody help please?

Since you already have a blog at blogspot.com, you already have a built-in RSS feeder. Your RSS feeder is at yourBlogName.blogspot.com/atom... where yourBlogName is the name of your blog.
Simply add a link that points to yourBlogName.blogspot.com/atom... in your website.
Otherwise you can always manually copy your blog posts and paste them into your website.
