Can the White House be changed to Black House in case Barack Obama becomes the next US President?

The Whites had occupied the White House for so long. Thus, is it proper that when a Black became President he can changed its name to prove that the Blacks has equal rights with the Whites.

You can if you're brave enough to cover the whole house into a charcoal black. Do it if you can! Ha ha ha!

The "white house" has nothing to do with the color of a person that is in it. So no and that's a dumb question.
