We have now gone through a very bad decade of congresses and presidents. Both the democratic and republican parties are to blame equally. Worse yet instead of fixing things by taking responsiblity for thier actions and fixing it , both democrats and republicans are doing thier very best to make it as bad as possible. I ask is now the time for loyalty to these parties. you will work 20 years with higher taxes, for thier failure. Do you really want more? If you vote for the incumbents of either party in this election,and for that matter the next 4 coming elections you will get exactly that more of the same fail. and no i do not belive tea party people are the answer they wont even stand on thier own platform in an era where many want to vote for a third party.

Is it time for two new liberal and conservative parties to challenge these parties who actions have damaged americans for generations to come?

now that says it all huh? i say its litmus test time for both parties. I say they have done so bad a job that all incumbent senators and representatives must be removed in 2010. with a fresh group of new party members we should be able to tell if these two parties should continue or like 15 other parties in american histroy go the way of the dodo.

Bush signed the law , Obama extended the law.

In liberal/ democratic dominated washington state , the legislature now proposes the following cuts in the state budget:

1. K-12 Education : 1 billion dollars

2. Higher Education: 513 Million

total of 1.5 billion dollars cut by the "party of education"

3. 786 million dollars cut from medical care from seniors and the poor.

wow, so helping the poor and elderly not priority anymore for the "party of the people".

so liberals please do explain why your party at least in the state of washington seems more like republicans?

have you realized yet that you can fix it by 2040? Has it occured to you at all that you will spend your natural lives paying for the failed iraq war , and the polices of your lousy democratic and republican leaders?

Why on earth are you trying to sell yourself paying for other mistakes for you and your grandchildrens lives?

The Baby Boomer generation is responsible for all of the things happening in america right now. Obama is a boomer. W was a boomer.

Pelosi is a boomer. Ried is a boomer. Cheney was a boomer. Gingrich is one too. As are Bill and Hillary.

I wonder if the problem with congress is the fact that both democrats and republicans are controlled by this generation.

Obama is continuing the war in Iraq till 2011, there are not 150, 000 "non-combat" troops in Iraq , and those are the only ones leaving.

Obama has passed the biggest "W" style stimulus in US History.

I hear this all the time from democrats and republicans alike. yet you all admit that the last thirty years of government under both of your parties is the reason we are headed for the 2nd depression.
